LOBSTER QUALITY & HANDLING WORKSHOPS

SESSIONS WILL INCLUDE A DOOR PRIZE, AS WELL AS A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

FROM THE PEIFA.

These workshops are FREE and open to ANYONE who handles lobster: harvesters,

deckhands, buyers, plant employees, etc.

If you have your deckhands hired already this is a prime opportunity, proper handling

techniques to reduce stress and therefore mortality, and how to determine the quality of

your lobster.

These workshops will only go ahead if a minimum of ten people are registered by the deadline.

MARCH 24th, @Tracadie Community Center at 10am-2pm

 MARCH 25th, @ Cavendish Wellness Center Montague at 10am-2pm
