DFO has announced the 2012-2013 Conservation Harvesting Plan for Southern Gulf of St. Lawrence Spring Herring.  This included information on TAC, quota distribution, quota reconciliation, closed areas as well as the approved details of the Large Herring Seiners pilot project on the 'Edge' of 4T.
