2018 SCALLOP FISHING AREA 22 – SEASON DELAY

Moncton – Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), Gulf Region, wishes to advise industry that due to ice conditions in the Northumberland Strait, the scallop fishery in Scallop Fishing Area (SFA) 22 will be delayed by one week. The season will open Monday May 7, 2018 and close Saturday June 2, 2018 (inclusively).
