****PEIFA MEMBERSHIP SURVEY GUIDE****
The survey for core PEI LFA 24 or 26A fishers has been emailed to the address provided to the PEIFA office. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder to ensure your email security settings did not filter it out.
Deadline to submit survey responses: April 12th, 11:59PM
Steps to filling out your survey:
Open the email, locate the link to the survey
Click survey link
Your Name, FIN and Lobster License number are REQUIRED information on this survey in order to confirm you are a core PEI LFA 24 or 26A fisher
The remaining questions are yes or no and multiple choice pertaining to COVID – 19 and the spring lobster season
Once all questions are answered be sure to click the SUBMIT button so your answers get back to PEIFA staff for tallying.
