With approximately 50% of PEI fishers responding, the following are the results of the levy vote:

QUESTION #1: Do you support a harvester contribution of 1 cent per pound levy to be applied to the marketing and promotion of Prince Edward Island lobster?

YES 69.4% 

NO 30.4%
