In the interim, please contact one of two local DFO fisheries Supervisors by phone to submit your hail-out: Western PEI is Jillian MacPhee (902) 206-0272 or for Eastern PEI Matt MacEwen (902) 626-9518.  DFO will need the Captain's name, vessel, departure time and departure harbour. Fishers can text, call or leave a voicemail message on one of those two phone numbers with the info noted above.
