Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), Gulf Region, invites you to participate in an upcoming information session regarding the implementation of mandatory Electronic Logbooks (ELOGs) for the 2026 fishing season in the southern Gulf of St. Lawrence Rock Crab and Scallop fisheries.

The information session will be held specifically for rock crab and scallop harvesters who are not familiar with the use of ELOGs. It will provide an overview of the new requirements, guidance on how to use ELOGs, a review of licence conditions related to electronic reporting, available ELOG support contacts, and the list of approved service providers. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
